ARDHI UNIVERSITY

Dr. Kongela is a lecturer in the Department of Business Studies (DBS) in the School of Earth Sciences, Real Estate, Business and Informatics of Ardhi University.  Dr. Kongela has been at Ardhi University since  2005. She is currently serving as the Acting Dean of the School of Earth Sciences, Real Estate, Business and Informatics (SERBI). She is a member of the Department’s Research, Publications and Consultancy and Staff Review, Promotion and Administration Committees.  She holds a PhD in Real Estate Development from the University of Regensburg (Germany), an MBA (Finance) and a BSc. Degree in Land Management and Valuation both of the University of Dar es Salaam. Apart from that, she currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of National Housing Corporation.
