Sub-project 6: Gender and Community Participation, sponsored by VIRL Project at Ardhi University, has conducted a one-day Training for the Academic staff of Ardhi University on the 12th of August, 2024
The Main facilitator of the Training was Dr Victoria Makuliolo from the University of Dar es Salaam.
The primary purpose of the Workshop was to create awareness among the junior Academic staff on how to incorporate gender aspects in teaching, research, and consultancy. Moreover, it aimed to up-skill the academic staff to be change agents when interacting with students, clients, and research team members to improve relations while stimulating social inclusion.
The main participants in the Workshop were Sub-project 6 team members and the academic staff of Ardhi University
