Sub-project 6: Gender and Community Participation, sponsored by VLIR-UOS Project at Ardhi University has conducted two days of Training for the students of Ardhi University from 13th -14th August 2024.
The Main facilitator of the Training was Ms. Lucy Linus Shao from the HakiRasilimali NGO.
The primary purpose of the training session was to equip students with the necessary concepts, methodologies, processes, and tools for monitoring, tracking, evaluating, and improving projects and services through community-based monitoring methods.
Moreover, it aimed to up-skill the students to be agents of change when assisting the communities to understand their roles and relations with the public and private agencies who fund development projects to ensure corporate social responsibility is well attained and the community's interests are adhered to.
The main participants in the Workshop were Sub-project 6 team members and the students of Ardhi University
